仕事内容/What The Role Entails
工作内容

  • 内容研究与策略支持:围绕竞品与用户洞察,提供内容研究与方向建议
  • 中日本地化质控:把控中日文本统一性与可读性,提升本地化质量
  • 声优选角与录音支持:协助选角与收录,把控配音适配与执行效率
  • 内容监修与IP协作:推进内容监修流程,协同对接相关IP合作事宜

応募資格/Who We Look For
能力要求

  • 热爱二次元与内容产业,对日本二次元作品(游戏+α)有广泛涉猎与独立思考
  • 中/日/韩三语能力(口语/书面),可评估日语本地化质量并提出可执行的优化建议
  • 本地化敏感度高,理解并把握:术语一致性、语域与人设统一、文化适配、可读性等原则
  • 信息整合与输出能力良好,可独立完成竞品/题材调研、资料检索与结构化输出(要点归纳、洞察与建议)
  • 沟通与协作能力扎实,能在多方协同中清晰表达观点并推动跨部门配合落地
  • 工具能力:熟练使用 Docs/Word、Sheets/Excel、Slides/PowerPoint
  • 责任心强,对负责范围内的内容能严格执行并跟进到位

加分项

  • 本地化/编辑/校对或游戏文本经验;有翻译/字幕组经历更佳
  • 了解声优市场与录音流程;有试音评估、棚内记录、返修跟进经验更佳
  • 具备英语会话与读写能力者优先

賃金

年収額:応相談(昇給/賞与あり)

※経験・スキル等を考慮し、当社規定により優遇します。

※一般社員の場合、固定残業代月35時間分が含まれます。

管理職の場合、固定残業代10時間分が含まれます。

労働時間・休日

就業時間 09:30 ~ 18:30 休憩時間 60分

フレックスタイムあり

完全週休2日制(土日・祝日)

有給休暇:入社初年度は、入社月により期間按分付与。在籍年数踏まえて最大22日

年末年始休暇(12/30~1/3)

病気休暇(有給):12日/年(有給休暇とは別途付与)
