Part-time / Full-time / Internship
(Customer Service, Operations & Recruitment Coordination)
Responsibilities
- Customer service support (inquiries, client communication)
- Assisting in daily operations (staff coordination, scheduling, basic administrative tasks)
- Recruitment and coordination (posting, candidate communication, interview support)
- Light translation and documentation tasks as needed
- Providing wide-ranging support to drive the growth of a fast-scaling startup
Work Conditions
- Work Location: Remote work possible (preference for candidates based in Yokohama / Tokyo area)
- Working Hours: Flexible, negotiable - Example Shift 3 to 5 days/week, 3 hours/days
- Compensation:
- Part-time: JPY 1,100 – 1,500/hour (depending on skills)
- Full-time: Negotiable (based on experience and ability)
Requirements
- No academic background or prior experience required (open to beginners)
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Google Workspace)
- English: Required
- Japanese: Conversational level is sufficient
- Responsible, adaptable, and proactive personality
- Strong motivation to work in a startup environment is highly welcomed
