当社は、居宅介護支援事業、福祉用具のレンタル・販売や福祉リフォーム、湯灌事業を展開している会社です。地域密着で、泉佐野市、泉南市を中心に展開。

[1] 勤務時間が9:00~17:15→ご都合によって、開始時間、終了時間の調整可能

9:00~の勤務で、小さなお子さまの朝の送り出しがある方でも、時間に余裕をもって出社できます。また、この日は、夕方早くあがりたいなどの状況があれば、柔軟に勤務時間を調整できるのも復職しやすさにつながっています。

[2] 効率的に仕事ができる 地域密着型の事業所展開

半径5キロ以内に2事業所を展開しています。

そのため、訪問の移動距離も少なく、予定も組みやすい特徴があります。

また、在宅ワークも可能で、存分に効率化が図れます。

[3] 兼務はさせません ケアマネジメントに専念できます

他社ではケアマネジャーが兼務するケースがありますが、安心してケアマネ業務のみに打ち込むことができます。

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥250,000 〜 ¥300,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥25,410〜¥30,930(15時間相当分)を含む。15時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

❖月給:250,000円~280,000円

※月給はご経験等を踏まえて決定します。

※交通費は別途支給します。

※月給は固定残業15時間分が含まれた金額です。

※固定残業代は、残業の有無にかかわらず満額支給します。

❖別途手当

・家族手当:扶養家族1人目10,000円/2人目以降5,000円

・資格手当:5,000円

❖給与モデル

入社2年目:年収400万円(賞与込)

※固定残業代を超えた残業代・交通費は別途支給します。
