Business Assurance in Japan consists of 2 main service lines, i.e. Management System Certification and Training. 
日本における Business Assurance(認証事業部門)は、マネジメントシステム認証及びトレーニングサービスの2つの主要なサービスラインで構成されています。

The QES Auditor is responsible for achieving growth in sales through new business development, leading the delivery of projects, and ensuring service excellence to clients. This position helps clients to improve the quality and safety of their business performance through the application of internationally recognized standards. This position reports to the Quality Manager.
QES監査員は、新規ビジネス開発を通じた売上拡大、プロジェクトのリードおよび遂行、顧客への優れたサービス提供を担う重要な役割です。
国際的に認知された各種規格を適用し、顧客の事業における品質(Quality)、環境(Environment)、安全(Safety)のパフォーマンス向上を支援します。本職は、品質マネージャーの直属となります。

主な職務内容(QES Auditor)

• Perform 3rd party ISO9001/14001/45001(OHSAS audits for Japan customers 
  日本国内の顧客を対象に、ISO 9001/ISO 14001/ISO 45001(OHSAS 18001を含む)の第三者認証審査を実施する。

• Provide timely and accurate reviews of customer corrective action and closure 
  顧客の是正処置およびクローズ対応を、期限内かつ正確にレビューする。

• Document and report audit activities and results
  監査活動およびその結果を適切に文書化・報告する。

• Interact directly with clients at all levels of management in developing timely, complete, and accurate report of their current level of compliance or implementation of their management system
  顧客のマネジメント層すべてのレベルと直接コミュニケーションを取り、マネジメントシステムの実施状況または適合状況について、タイムリーで正確かつ網羅的な報告書を作成する。

• Maintain schedule of audit activity with customers 
  顧客との監査スケジュールを適切に管理・維持する。

• Maintain appropriate auditor credentials / qualifications and pursue advancement of those credentials and other related credentials as needed
  必要に応じて監査員資格・力量を維持・更新し、上位資格や関連資格の取得に積極的に取り組む。

• Contribute to the growth and development of a world-class, industry-leading auditing team
  業界をリードする一流の監査チームの成長・発展に貢献する。

• Conducting ISO9001, ISO14001 & 45001(OHSAS Foundation Training and Internal auditor course
  ISO 9001、ISO 14001、ISO 45001(OHSAS 18001)に関する基礎研修および内部監査員コースの講師を担当する。

• Provide sales support when required
  必要に応じて営業活動をサポートする。

Qualifications

SSKILLS/COMPETENCIES/EXPERIENCE スキル・能力・経験

• Bachelor's or Master's degree
  学士号または修士号を有していること

• Currently doing 3rd party audits with minimum of 5-year experience in quality management system 第三者認証審査の実務経験があり、品質マネジメントシステム分野で5年以上の経験を有していること

• Currently qualified as an Auditor of ISO 9001/14001/45001 and/or at least 5-year experience of QHSE management systems in industries such as Chemicals, Metal, Automotive, Mechanical, Electrical and other industries.
  ISO 9001/14001/45001の審査員資格を現在有していること、また 化学、金属、自動車、機械、電気、その他の産業分野において、QHSEマネジメントシステムの実務経験を5年以上有していること。

• Experience with different industry types, able to be qualified for multiple NACE codes
  複数の業種での審査経験を有し、複数のNACEコードにおいて審査員資格を取得できる能力があること

• Effective communication skills in English and Japanese
  日本語および英語での優れたコミュニケーション能力を有していること

• Proven project and/or team leader, delivering service excellence
  プロジェクトまたはチームリーダーとしての実績があり、優れたサービスを提供した経験があること

• Ability to work in an international team, delivering and leading teams to produce high quality deliverables on time and in budget
  国際的なチームの一員として、高品質な成果物を期限内・予算内でリード・提供できる能力を有していること

• Ability to lead multiple projects in parallel, often with conflicting demands and timelines
  複数のプロジェクトを並行して管理・遂行できる能力があり、優先順位やスケジュールの競合にも柔軟に対応できること

• Able to clearly delegate tasks and provide sufficient guidance, support and feedback on performance in constructive manner to Management
  マネジメント層に対して、タスクの明確な割り当て、適切な指導・サポート・フィードバックを建設的に行える能力を有していること

• Willingness to travel and work around Japan and other locations.
  日本国内およびその他地域への出張に対応できる柔軟性と意欲を有していること

• Fluency in Japanese—with advanced competence in reading, writing, speaking—is required for this position
