【職務内容/ Job Description】
As a solution architect, your main responsibility will be designing appropriate and optimal IT solutions based on the business needs.

You will engage closely with other Solution Architects to ensure solution alignment with IT strategy and architecture roadmap, and aim to reuse available IT assets to deliver value to business faster while reducing waste and duplication.

You will also work with Enterprise architects and Tribe members to identify key business capability gaps in order for strategic and business planning processes to address those, and to provide hands-on technical solutions to Developers and Ops members within Squads.

When required, you will collaborate with Platform architects to stay up-to-date on key AXA technologies and ensure our architecture, technology and security guidelines are respected and followed.

【求めるスキル・経験/ Required Skills And Experiences 】

• Relevant prior experience as an application/solution architect, technical product owner or software engineer with solution design experience (5+ years)
• Understanding of architecture principles and architecture governance processes
• Good understanding of SDLC as well as change, release and project management methodologies, concepts, practices and standards
• Strong communication skills, ability to work in a cross-team multicultural and multi-timezone environment. Ability to articulate and enforce architecture targets within project teams
• Business level in both English and Japanese

Nice To Have

• Cloud-native solution design experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Data platform implementation experience
• Data/AI governance-related experience
