  • Payroll Assistantは、退職金・給与計算・通勤費関連業務・その他給与関連業務のサポートを担当し、従業員への正確かつタイムリーな給与支払いを確保する。
  • 人事部門や経理部門と連携し、給与データの入力、確認、記録管理などを行う。

【職務の内容 / Essential Job Responsibilities】

Key Accountabilities

  • 退職金・給与データの収集、入力、更新(勤務時間、休暇、残業など)
  • 退職金計算・遡及計算
  • 通勤費関連業務
  • 給与計算ソフトウェアへのデータ入力と確認
  • 給与明細書の作成と配布
  • 社会保険料、所得税、住民税などの控除処理
  • 退職金・給与に関する問い合わせへの対応(従業員からの質問など)
  • 退職金・給与記録の保管と管理
  • 人事部門と経理部門と連携した業務改善の提案
  • その他給与関連業務

Key Deliverables
・卓越した人材サービス提供の実現:

  • 第三者ベンダーと連携し、合意されたサービスレベル契約(SLA)および内部のパフォーマンス指標に沿って、退職金・給与計算の正確かつ適切な処理を確実に行う。
  • 同僚およびPayroll Team Leadと緊密に連携し、リーダーシップレベルで議論または是正が必要なリスクや課題を上申する。
  • 対象サービスの提供に必要なHRプロセス、関連する入力・出力文書、支援ツールを管理する。
  • 給与計算ベンダーによる給与計算の実施を支援し、関連する報告要件を満たすため、手動の従業員およびポジションデータベースを作成・維持する。
  • すべてのHRおよび従業員の質問を合意されたSLAに従って対応し、すべてのエンドユーザーに高い満足度を提供する。
  • 関連システムを管理し、データの正確な記録と給与に関する問い合わせの迅速な解決を確保する。
  • 継続的な改善を推進し、人事サービス提供への変更の影響を管理する。
  • アステラスにおける働き方の変更を推進するプロジェクトにおいて、PSOチームの専門家として参画する。
  • 変更が人事サービス提供能力に与える影響について助言する。
  • 継続的な改善の機会を特定し、促進する。

  • 他の事業部門/外部ベンダーと協力し、強固な関係を築くことで、PSOチームがサービスやリソース要件に影響を与える計画活動に積極的に参画できるよう確保する。
  • 必要に応じて責任を持ってタスクや活動を自主的に実行する。
  • 継続的改善チームと協力し、すべてのレベルでベストプラクティスを推進し実現する。
  • 最先端の人事システムからレポートを実行する能力。
  • Microsoft Office Suite(特にExcelとPowerPoint)の使用に関する豊富な知識とスキル。
  • ExcelとAccessを活用し、給与計算とレポートのチェックを自動化する能力。

  • 給与計算または人事/会計分野での実務経験(1年以上が望ましい)
  • 給与計算ソフトウェア(例:SAPなど)の使用経験
  • 社会保険と労働保険に関する知識
  • 基本的なPCスキル(Excel、Wordなど)
  • 機密情報の取り扱いに関する高い意識
  • 確立された手順に従う能力があり、必要に応じて報告する能力。
  • 高ボリュームで期限厳守の環境で働くことに慣れている。
  • データ処理に長け、細部への配慮が徹底している。
  • 基本的な英語の読解と作文能力。
  • チームワーク、コミュニケーション、人間関係スキルに優れている。
