Responsibilities私たちの部門では、Microsoftプラットフォーム上でお客様のセキュリティとAIの変革を推進することに情熱を傾ける、脅威対策とクラウドセキュリティを専門とするクラウドソリューションアーキテクト(CSA)を募集しています。新しいクラウドセキュリティ技術を習得し、関連するクラウドセキュリティ市場の動向や、クラウドセキュリティプラットフォームおよび競合他社に関する知識を理解する技術的適性と経験を有している方を積極的に採用します。このポジションでは次のような知識・経験が求められます。
次のセキュリティソリューションのうち2つ以上に関する専門知識:脅威防御、SIEM、インシデント対応、XDR、セキュリティオーケストレーション、オートメーション、SOAR、SOCの運用管理、Identityおよびアクセス管理、クラウドインフラ、クラウドセキュリティ、データセキュリティ。
顧客中心主義:顧客満足度を向上させ、信頼されるアドバイザーとなる。顧客やパートナーからのフィードバックや洞察を提供する。洞察やベストプラクティスを共有し、マイクロソフトのグローバルセキュリティチーム、エンジニアリングチーム、製品チームと連携して障害要因を取り除き、ソリューションロードマップにフィードバックを提供する「顧客の代弁者」となること。マイクロソフトのセキュリティ製品全般にまたがり、脅威対策、Identity、アクセス管理、クラウドセキュリティに重点を置いた、セキュリティに関するエンドツーエンドの価値提案を実現すること。
顧客の成果を加速:アーキテクチャデザインセッションを実施し、ソリューションの実装計画を作成、お客様のビジネス目標と技術環境に沿った設計を支援。それらにより、ソリューション設計と本番環境への移行に向けた次のステップに関する合意を成果とすること。FastTrack、パートナーを含む他の CSA や MS 関係者と協力し、Microsoft Security プラットフォームを使用した複雑なエンドツーエンドのエンタープライズソリューションの開発をリードすること。ビジネスインパクト:セキュリティ製品の利用を促進し、お客様のビジネス成果の向上と、お客様がマイクロソフト製品への投資から価値を引き出せる機会を生み出すソリューションを策定。また、セキュリティに関連する専門知識を活用し、お客様の技術的障害要因を解決すること。マイクロソフトのベストプラクティスに従い、Repeatable IPを使用して提供。セキュリティ対策を強化し、ソリューションが「セキュア・バイ・デザイン」フレームワーク(導入時の高いパフォーマンスレベル、セキュリティ、スケーラビリティ、保守性、適切な再利用性、信頼性など)を確実に満たすことで、セキュリティ全般の導入によるビジネス価値を加速すること。
業界標準の認定:マイクロソフトテクノロジーおよび業界で同等と認められるもの。以下の分野のいずれか1つ以上の認定:Microsoft 365 Security Administrator、Microsoft Security Operations、Cloud Security、CISSP、CCSP、CEH、OSCP、GSEC。
Qualifications必要条件/最低条件(RQs/MQs):コンピュータサイエンス、情報技術、エンジニアリング、ビジネスまたは関連分野の学士号取得者であり、かつクラウド/インフラテクノロジー、ITコンサルティング/サポート、システム管理、ネットワーク運用、ソフトウェア開発/サポート、テクノロジーソリューション、業務開発、アーキテクチャ、および/またはビジネスアプリケーションコンサルティングのいずれかの分野で4年以上の実務経験があること、または同等の経験。
