Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Sr. Test Analyst with 5 to 7 years of experience in manual testing across various domains particularly in Property & Casualty Insurance. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in Manual Data Testing Accessibility Testing and Cloud Testing along with expertise in Java and Testing Tools. This hybrid role requires a proactive approach to ensure high-quality outcomes in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive manual data testing to ensure data integrity and accuracy across systems.
- Perform manual accessibility testing to ensure compliance with accessibility standards and enhance user experience.
- Execute manual cloud testing to validate cloud-based applications and ensure seamless integration.
- Utilize Test Maturity Models (TMMi) to assess and improve testing processes and methodologies.
- Develop and implement test metrics and reporting to track testing progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Leverage testing tools and frameworks to streamline testing processes and enhance efficiency.
- Conduct manual end-to-end business process assurance to ensure all business processes are functioning as intended.
- Perform mainframe testing to validate the functionality and performance of mainframe applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on testing objectives and deliverables.
- Provide detailed test reports and documentation to stakeholders highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Identify and resolve testing issues and defects to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest testing trends and technologies to continuously improve testing practices.
- Contribute to the companys purpose by ensuring reliable and efficient software solutions that positively impact society.
Qualifications
- Possess strong experience in manual data testing ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
- Demonstrate expertise in manual accessibility testing enhancing user experience for all users.
- Have a solid understanding of manual cloud testing ensuring seamless application integration.
- Be proficient in Test Maturity Models (TMMi) to improve testing processes.
- Exhibit strong skills in Java enabling effective testing and automation.
- Utilize test metrics and reporting to track progress and identify improvement areas.
- Be familiar with various testing tools and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.
- Have experience in manual end-to-end business process assurance ensuring process integrity.
- Demonstrate proficiency in mainframe testing validating application functionality and performance.
