募集部門の紹介
大阪工場製造部は注射剤を製造している部門であり、法令に基づいた高品質の医薬品を患者さんに届けるべく、製剤の製造、充填、検査、包装といった専門機能別組織体制をとっています。具体的には、注射剤の内容物として薬物を含む粉末を製造するグループ、その粉末をシンリジやバイアルに充填するグループ、製造した注射剤(シリンジ、バイアル)を検査して包装するグループ、およびそれらのグループをサポートし、注射用水の製造や工程管理、設備管理などを行うグループ(プロダクションサポート)で構成されています。本募集枠は検査・包装グループの配属となります。
職務内容
注射剤製造におけるバイアル(薬品を入れる透明の容器)の検査・包装、シリンジ(注射器の筒)の検査
上記に付随する管理業務、工場内関係部門への応援業務、品質改善活動、生産性改善活動、技術検討活動の補助作業

手順を遵守し、医薬品の検査・包装作業者として、規則を守り適切な行動をとれる方
緻密な作業を根気よく続けていただける方
基本的なPCスキル(ワード・エクセル)を有する方
<学歴>
高卒以上
その他
医薬品・化粧品・食品などの検査・包装業務の経験者歓迎
未経験の方でも、丁寧にトレーニングを実施します
Takeda Compensation and Benefits Summary:
Allowances: Commutation, Housing, Overtime Work etc.
Salary Increase: Annually, Bonus Payment: Twice a year
Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45
Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)
Paid Leaves: Annual Paid Leave, Special Paid Leave, Sick Leave, Family Support Leave, Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave, Family Nursing Leave.
