【職務内容】
当社のコンタクトセンターで、お客様からのお問い合わせに対応し、契約や各種手続きをサポートしていただきます。
電話・メール・LINE・チャットなど、幅広いチャネルを活用しながら、お客様の「安心」を支えるお仕事です。
カスタマーハラスメント対策ガイドラインを整備しており、従業員を守る体制が整っています。
■入社後の流れ
2~3か月間の充実した研修をご用意しています。
商品知識やシステム操作、応対スキルをしっかり学んだうえで現場デビューできます。
研修後も、先輩やSVによるフォロー体制が整っており、安心して業務に取り組めます。
■具体的には
保険料や補償内容のご案内、見積書の作成、契約手続きのサポート
契約内容の変更や解約など、ライフステージに応じた保全手続き
保険証券や異動承認書の発行など、正確でスピーディーな事務処理

■ 販売・接客経験者
■ 基本的なPCスキル(Word・Excelなど)をお持ちの方

■ 新しいことを学ぶ意欲があり、前向きに取り組める方

【歓迎スキル・経験】
■ 損害保険業界での業務経験
■ コンタクトセンターやコールセンターでの勤務経験(業界不問)
■ チームリーダーやSVとしてのマネジメント経験
■ PC操作や複数システムを使った業務経験

未経験でも3年後に、経験者であれば2年後にSVを目指せる明確なキャリアパスを用意しています。
入社1年以内: お客さま対応スキル、業務遂行スキルを習得
入社2年目~ リーダー職として新人研修参加、後進育成、プロジェクトにメンバーとして参画する
入社3年~ コールセンター管理者(SV)として、新人研修講師を担当。
SVチームメンバーのスキルアップに責任を持つ、プロジェクトにチームリーダーとして参画する。

就業時間:9時00分から18時00分の間で実働7時間・休憩1時間のシフト勤務
補足事項:土日祝を含むシフト勤務制(週5日勤務)
