【賃貸管理事務(統括)】
入居者からの賃料入金管理
オーナーへの賃料支払管理
修繕・原状回復工事の管理
(業者への支払、オーナーへの請求管理)
賃料滞納管理・対応フローの管理
新規入居者申込管理
(保証会社への審査依頼、賃貸契約書管理)
【マネジメント・業務改善】
部下の業務進捗管理・指導
業務フローの見直し・改善提案
業務効率化(仕組み化・ルール整備)
リスク管理・チェック体制の構築

給与:
固定残業代あり:月給 ¥322,000 〜 ¥643,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥100,000(60時間相当分)を含む。60時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

固定残業手当/月:100,000円~200,000円(固定残業時間60時間0分/月)
超過した時間外労働の残業手当は追加支給

賃金はあくまでも目安の金額であり、選考を通じて上下する可能性があります。
