■仕事の内容
当社がプロパティマネジメント業務を受託している、商業施設における工事プロジェクト推進、および技術支援業務等を行います。
具体的には、設計事務所、工事施工会社への仕様指示、工程計画。テナント入退去工事、原状回復工事、リニューアル工事等をお任せします。当社物件担当者やビルに常駐しているビルマネジメントスタッフ、工事施工会社等と連携しながら各種工事関連業務をスムーズに進めていただきます。建物価値の向上を図るため改修工事を提案することもあります。
*入社後、子会社JLLリテールマネジメント株式会社へ出向となります
■必要な能力・経験
下記のいずれかの実務経験を2年以上お持ちの方
- 設計事務所での設計監理業務経験者
- 改修工事経験者ゼネコン・サブコン・内装工事会社等での設計・工務・施工管理経験者
- ビルメンテナンス業務経験者
【歓迎する関係資格(いずれか)】
- 宅地建物取引士
- 管理業務主任者
- 一級建築士、二級建築士
- 施工管理技士
- 建築部環境衛生管理技術者
- 電気主任技術者等
【職場環境】
当社受託ビルはほとんどが大規模な商業施設であるため、担当工事の領域も、建築・電気・空調及び衛生設備等と多岐に渡ります。そのため、自身の専門分野以外にも幅広く知識や経験を積みたい方、また、ビル全般に関するスペシャリストになりたい方にとっては、業務を通じて大きく成長できる環境です。長期的に安定して働く環境が整っています。
