Department Overview

Rakuten group has been expanding its business scale centered on the shopping mall business "Rakuten Ichiba" and the credit card business "Rakuten Card", that has grown to sales of 800 billion yen and total domestic distribution of 8.8 trillion yen. Position Details

We are looking for a growth leader for "Ecosystem Marketing Programs" (group-wide services' cross-selling and up-selling programs). Through "Ecosystem Marketing Programs", we aim to resolve marketing issues arisen by more than 70 services such as e-commerce, payment services, financial services, telecommunications, media, and sports business by fully-utilizing "Rakuten Members", "Rakuten Points", "Official Characters", "Membership Data" and other assets. Specifically, you will be in charge of the marketing planning, the execution of marketing projects and the verification of their effectiveness based on quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Various opportunities to improve skills in the marketing field (problem solving skill, hypothesis building, quantitative and qualitative analysis skill, impact/ROI estimation, persona and customer journey map creation, marketing planning and project management, the verification of projects and management reporting)

You will be expected to play an active role as a program manager (business manager) or a marketing specialist.

Work experience in web marketing over 3 years

Problem-solving skills
