Job Title: Director - Brand Creative Strategy

The Brand Creative Strategy Department is responsible for the development of all creative products that customers see and hold in their hands in the Rakuten Mobile business.

We are a department where you can enjoy a sense of accomplishment and an environment where you can create better products one project at a time without inertia or giving up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with designers to develop creative products that customers will see and hold in their hands in the Rakuten Mobile business.
  • Plan sales promotions.
  • Create rough drafts for creative products and build consensus with each team.
  • Schedule progress management.
  • Budget management.
  • KPI management.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Experience as a designer or director at an advertising agency or production company.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in in-store sales promotion and advertising communications (multiplayers welcomed, both offline and online).

Language Skills:

  • English: Intermediate
  • Japanese: Fluent

Salary: Estimate salary based on job title, location, and industry standards. This position is expected to be paid between ¥8,000,000 and ¥12,000,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
