Job Overview
The digital music division operates Rakuten Music, a subscription-based music distribution business offering approximately 100 million songs.
Role Summary
Researching, planning, implementing, and verifying the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
User behavior analysis and reporting.
To achieve KPIs, develop and implement strategies, measure effectiveness, and propose improvements.
Implementation of promotions using digital marketing.
Implementing new measures in cooperation with other business units within the company.
Requirements
Basic knowledge and practical experience in marketing.
Data analysis skills - Experience in planning/implementation/analysis/effectiveness verification of campaigns/promotions.
Creativity to actively propose new ideas - Business level Japanese.
Prioritized Skills
Experience in marketing in the BtoC web services domain - Experience in direction with advertising agencies for SEM, affiliate, etc.
Experience in influencer Marketing such as SNS - Experience in content business Marketing - Experience in community Marketing - Knowledge in Ad technology.

TOEIC Score exceeding 800 or similar level of English ability or a University Degree earned in an English-speaking country

Salary: ¥8,000,000 - ¥10,000,000 per year.
