Description

We conduct research and analysis related to decision-making at the management level, and output a set of proposals that look ahead to the next action.

• External/internal environment analysis

• Collect information on settlement/common point market, competitors/related businesses, and grasp the impact on the company

• Other ad-hoc information collection, analysis, proposals, etc. necessary for strategy formulation

• Planning and execution of each service business strategy

• Lead company-wide projects

• Requirements

• Over 5 years of working experience

• English proficiency with a TOEIC score of 800 or higher, or motivation to obtain an equivalent score within two years

• Ability to organize and structure tasks

• A certain level of logical thinking ability and problem-solving ability

• Experience in launching new services and projects

• Experience in business planning and business strategy planning

In addition, you must have experience in any of the following:

1. Large project lead and cross-department communication experience

2. Experience in obtaining some kind of insight through data analysis and leading to action

3. Experience in planning and implementing promotional measures such as campaigns

• Nice to have

• Experience managing and training members

• Data analysis experience using SQL, etc.

• Experience launching a PJ across multiple departments
