当社は、有料老人ホームやグループホームをはじめとした事業所を運営しています。

今回はその中でも松戸市にある「けやきの杜」での職員の募集です。

<勤務施設>

施設名:けやきの杜

・デイハウス(多機能型居宅介護)と1ユニットのグループホームが併設しています。日の光がたくさん入る明るい施設です(^^)

・住み慣れた地域の中で、その人らしく生活できるよう支えることを目的としています。

<業務内容>

当施設は施設長をはじめとして、明るく元気な職場です。

基本的な介助も大切ですが、それ以上に一緒に施設を盛り上げてくださる方、利用者様とのコミュニケーションを積極的にとっていただける方、ぜひご応募ください

・小規模な施設ですので、利用者様一人一人に向き合ったケアをしていただきます。

大規模施設にあるような流れ作業のケアはありません。

・身体介助、食事介助、入浴介助、排泄介助など利用者さんの共同生活の支援の他に調理や洗濯といった業務をお任せします。

・調理や洗濯などは利用者様にもお手伝いいただいています。当施設では、利用者様ができることを任せて一緒に共同生活を行なっていくことを大事にしています。

<給与>

総支給額 218,500〜231,500円

資格手当(介護福祉士):2,000~13,000円/月

皆勤手当(精勤手当):10,000円/月

夜勤手当:7,000円/回

休日出勤手当:1,000円/回

特定処遇改善加算

交通費支給(一部規定あり)

年2回賞与あり

※3ヶ月の試用期間あり。試用期間中は基本給-10,000円となります。

※給与は個人の資格・経験をもとに決定させていただきます。

勤務時間・曜日:

早番 7:00~16:00

日勤 8:30~17:30

遅番 10:00~19:00

夜勤 17:00~翌9:00

※休憩60分

※夜勤時 休憩120分

休暇・休日:

休日はシフトにより4週9休となります。

残業はほとんどありません

あらかじめのシフト調整はききやすい職場です。シフト提出の際にご相談ください。
