Field Sales Manager, Fintech フィンテックフィールドセールスマネージャー
Our client, a leading fintech company, is seeking a Field Sales professional to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to drive merchant acquisition and revenue growth across Hong Kong, Singapore, and Japan, while leading and developing a sales team. The position promises a dynamic work environment in a company that recently secured a significant Series A funding round.

Key Responsibilities / 業務内容:
- Acquire new merchants for fintech services
- Lead and manage sales team for revenue growth
- Provide sales insights to support Head of Sales
- Enhance sales team capabilities through coaching
- 新規顧客の開拓およびフィンテックサービスの提案
- 売上成長を目指したチームのリードと管理
- 営業部長への営業インサイト提供
- コーチングを通じたチームの能力向上
Qualifications / 応募資格:
- 3+ years of face-to-face sales experience
- 5+ years of experience leading and managing a sales team
- Native-level Japanese proficiency
- Experience in the fintech industry is preferred but not mandatory
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot is preferred but not mandatory
- Business-level English proficiency is preferred but not mandatory
- 3年以上の営業経験
- 5年以上のチームリードおよび管理経験
- 日本語ネイティブレベル
- フィンテック業界経験者歓迎
- SalesforceやHubSpotなどのCRMツールに精通している方歓迎
