Field Sales Manager, Fintech フィンテックフィールドセールスマネージャー
Our client, a leading fintech company, is seeking a Field Sales professional to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to drive merchant acquisition and revenue growth across Hong Kong, Singapore, and Japan, while leading and developing a sales team. The position promises a dynamic work environment in a company that recently secured a significant Series A funding round.

Key Responsibilities / 業務内容:

    • Acquire new merchants for fintech services
    • Lead and manage sales team for revenue growth
    • Provide sales insights to support Head of Sales
    • Enhance sales team capabilities through coaching
    • 新規顧客の開拓およびフィンテックサービスの提案
    • 売上成長を目指したチームのリードと管理
    • 営業部長への営業インサイト提供
    • コーチングを通じたチームの能力向上

Qualifications / 応募資格:

    • 3+ years of face-to-face sales experience
    • 5+ years of experience leading and managing a sales team
    • Native-level Japanese proficiency
    • Experience in the fintech industry is preferred but not mandatory
    • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot is preferred but not mandatory
    • Business-level English proficiency is preferred but not mandatory
    • 3年以上の営業経験
    • 5年以上のチームリードおよび管理経験
    • 日本語ネイティブレベル
    • フィンテック業界経験者歓迎
    • SalesforceやHubSpotなどのCRMツールに精通している方歓迎
    • ビジネスレベルの英語力歓迎
