-業務内容-


人事部門にて、社員育成および採用業務を担っていただきます。

担当いただく業務領域は、これまでのご経験やスキル、今後のキャリアの方向性・ご希望を踏まえて決定します。

  • 育成施策の企画・運営

・全社人財育成方針や育成体系の策定

・全社向け・階層別・スキル研修等の企画立案・実行・効果検証

・研修会社・外部講師との調整、当日の運営およびファシリテーション

・受講後アンケートや業務パフォーマンスを踏まえた改善提案・次期施策への反映 など

  • キャリア採用業務

・全社採用目標に向けた採用計画・要件の策定および母集団形成(人材紹介会社対応、募集部門との連携、求人媒体の選定・運用、スカウト対応 など)

・選考プロセス全体の設計・運用及び各種選考対応

・キャリア採用者の入社前~入社後定着に向けたフォロー など

  • 新卒採用業務

・全社採用目標に向けた採用計画策定および選考プロセスの設計・運用

・会社説明会・インターンシップなど新卒向けイベントの企画・集客・運営

・各種選考対応(社内リクルーター・面接官の選定や説明、フォローを含む)

・内定者フォロー施策の企画・実行 など

経験を積んだ後、採用・育成以外のスタッフ業務(制度・評価や給与など)へ業務の幅を広げていただくことも想定しています。

-求めるスキル・人物像-


必須条件

・育成業務(社内研修の企画・運営等)または 採用業務(キャリアまたは新卒)の経験が2年以上ある方

・表計算またはプレゼンテーションソフトの応用操作ができる方(Excel、Word、パワポ)

歓迎条件

・IT業界での経験がある方

・1000名以上の企業での就業経験がある方

-職場の雰囲気-


チーム内及びチーム間で連携しながら、コミュニケーションを大切に働き、また一人一人が意見を発しやすい環境です。出社とリモートワークのハイブリッドで働ける職場ですが、イベント時は出社が必須となり、また社内外で対面でコミュニケーションをとる事も多くあります。入社から1か月程度は環境設定のため出社予定となりますが、イベント等がなければ、状況に応じて、リモートワークとすることも可能です。

育成・採用メンバーは少人数ですが、チームで協力しあい、役職等関係なく意見を出し合いながら、毎年20名程度のキャリア採用、90名程度の新卒採用を行っています。社員の育成制度も整備していますので、研修企画や運営管理も行い、社員の成長に繋げています。人の採用や育成のお仕事に興味のある方、社内外の人を巻き込み連携していけるようなコミュニケーションをとれる方、また将来的には採用・育成以外のスタッフ部門業務にも関わりたい方など、お待ちしています。

(1)研修制度

社内研修はじめ、通常の業務においても技術習得に対するサポート体制を整えています。希望者は勤務時間内に研修を受講できるので、無理なく技術向上に努められます。

資格取得推進に会社としても注力しており、技術、テクニカル、人間形成まで研修内容は幅広いものになっています。

また、資格取得祝い金、資格受験料補助も充実しており、P-CDP社内認定の取得を通じて、アソシエイト層、シニア層の強化、マネジメントレベル(PL、PM)の強化に取り組んでいます。

(2)フォロー体制

年に数回の面談で本人の希望を確認しており、様々なPJに携われる機会があり、レベルに応じて柔軟に対応しています。

また、モチベーション維持のため、異動の希望はできるだけ叶えられるよう配慮しております。
