・新規/既存顧客の経営課題ヒアリングと課題整理

・人材/コンサル/金融など複数ソリューションを組み合わせた提案・クロージング

・業界別(建設・不動産・製造・医療・士業など)の商材理解と専門性のキャッチアップ

・商談を通じた案件進捗管理、売上目標の達成に向けた計画策定

・将来的な新規事業立ち上げや業界開拓プロジェクトへの参画
