仕事内容:

外国人の方が日本で安心して働けるよう、

企業と在留外国人を支援するお仕事です。

登録支援機関としての事務業務と、

人材紹介事業部での営業サポートをお任せします。

<登録支援機関の事務業務>

申請書類・契約書の作成/手配/提出

在留カード・ビザ更新などの管理

支援業務の進捗・スケジュール管理

行政機関・企業・支援者との連絡調整

<人材紹介事業部の営業サポート>

求人票・人材データの入力/更新/管理

候補者・企業との面談日程の調整

レジュメ・推薦文などの作成補助

営業担当への報告・共有・サポート

「インターナショナル事業部」は、

今期スタートした新しい部門です。

現在は、

・営業2名(日本人)

・集客1名(インドネシア人)

の少数精鋭で動いています。

依頼件数や支援人数が増加しており、

フルフレックスでコアタイムなし

基本的にはテレワークになります。

休暇・休日:

※年次有給休暇推進(5日以上)、長期休暇取得可能(10日間以上)

フルフレックス、コアタイムなし

基本的にはリモートワークでの勤務となりますが、週1回対面MTGを実施する場合がございます。

アクセス:

給与:

■試用期間:3ヵ月(労働条件の変更なし)

■昇給:1回/年(11月)

■業績賞与:1回/年(11月)

350万円(20代/入社1年目)

392万円(20代/入社1年目)

420万円(30代/入社2年目)

■交通費全額支給(移動が発生した場合)
