Operational Excellence Specialist required to enable transport activities, execute bookings, and ensure timely and efficient delivery of shipments.
As an Operational Excellence Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Creating and completing shipment details in our internal transport management system.
- Monitoring and reporting on operational performance of carriers and vendors.
- Coordinating with customer care teams, haulers, and carriers for export of shipments and organizing transport activities.
- Obtaining dangerous goods approval where necessary.
- Creating files for consolidation containers.
- Ensuring costs and revenues are entered during shipment creation, providing cost awareness and efficiency.
- Supporting in resolving claims and disputes.
Key objectives include:
- Ensuring strong data quality for timely and accurate customer reporting.
- Providing cost awareness and efficiency to ensure profit maximization.
Responsibilities include:
- Executing bookings and entering orders while liaising with customer care specialists.
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all requirements are met.
