アシスタントマネージャーは、原宿の新店舗およびその他の東京都心部の店舗において、リテール・オペレーションチームを以下の要素でリードし、全セクションをカバーできるよう、業務を担当いただきます。

- 各種管理業務(店舗管理/採用・研修/人員管理等)
Your Role Accountabilities...
販売
- 常に商品が整然と陳列された売り場と、積極的なチームメンバーを確保することを通じて販売目標を確実に達成する
- VMDチームと協力し、売り場での存在感を高め、効率性とプレゼンテーション基準を促進する
- チームと自分自身が提供するサービスを最適化し、模範となることで、顧客の転換率と平均購入額を増加させる
- チームメンバーが顧客からの質問に対応できるよう、効果的な商品知識トレーニングを構築する
- 在庫不足や在庫ギャップをモニタリングし、解決のために 物流の増加や商品の補充を通じて、マーチャンダイジングチームに報告する
- 財務データを日次、週次、月次、年次で分析し、KPI達成に向けた売上改善戦略を提案する。
- 新しいソーシャルコンテンツや写真撮影に関するマーケティング・PR活動の調整を支援するリソースとなる
人材
- 可能な限り最高レベルのサービスと営業成績を達成するため、チームリーダーとセールスアソシエイトを指導し、モチベーションを高め、自己成長を促す
- チームと協力して勤務シフト表を効果的に組み、フルスタッフでの運営によってサービスやプレゼンテーションの水準に影響が出ないようにする
- チームリーダーとの日々のブリーフィングを主導し、全てのセールスアソシエイトにその日の目標、KPI、チーム配分、ビジネスや製品に関する情報を通知する
- 継続的なリテール部門の採用を行い、チームのパフォーマンスと育成を管理する
- WBスタジオツアー東京のリテール・カスタマーサービスチームが効果的なアフターサービスを提供できるようにサポートし、継続的な顧客ロイヤルティと満足度を確保する
- ラインマネージャーからのマンツーマンのコーチングを通じて、自己成長を促す
商品
- 店舗やリテールエリアの在庫レベルをモニタリングし、在庫切れが無いようにマーチャンダイジングチームと連携する
- スタジオツアー東京および倉庫オペレーションズチームと密接に連携し、日々の在庫がスムーズに配送されるように、オペレーション上効率的な計画を作成し、輸送中の在庫の差異や破損をモニタリングする
- 効果的な在庫管理と業務効率化により、売場の在庫数と補充システムの最適化を行
- 飲食部門のプレゼンテーション基準を毎日モニタリングし、ブランドクオリティが反映されていることを確認する
- チームメンバー全員に対し、商品の効率的な取り扱いと包装のトレーニングを行い、シュリンクを最小限に抑えるよう促す
- 店舗リテールチームをサポートし、年に一度の全在庫カウントと定期的なサイクルカウントを実施する
経営管理
- 定期的に財務報告書、従業員報告書、製品報告書を作成し、レポートする
- 事務作業が正確で最新の状態であることを確認する
- 店舗関連の支出について、必要に応じて発注書を作成し、承認を得る
デューティー・マネージメントとオペレーション
- 原宿の新店舗をはじめとする店舗の開店・閉店をサポートする
- 店舗施設の継続的な運営サポートを管理するため、サードパーティと定期的にミーティングを行い、問題があれば必要に応じてエスカレーションを行う
- 全ての安全衛生の方針と手順を遵守し、スタッフとビジターの安全な環境を確保する。これには、エスカレーションのために事故発生時の効果的な報告システムや必要な問題の追跡が含まれる
- 追加の業務に関する経営陣からの合理的な要求に従う
Qualifications & Experiences...
- リテール業態(または観光業、レジャー業、文化遺産産業)での同様なリーダー職あるいはスーパーバイザー等としての経験
- サービス、商品プレゼンテーション、商品管理が重視される環境での勤務経験

- 年間変形労働制(週37.5時間が目安/最大週40時間)
- 1ヶ月毎ごとのシフトを作成します。
- 日祝、繁忙期(年末年始、ゴールデンウィーク、お盆)勤務
- 休憩時間を除き一日中、立ち仕事、軽作業となる場合があります。
