Bilingual Retail Manager – Lead Japan's CBD Pioneer & Vegan Wellness Brand


HealthyTOKYO, Japan's CBD pioneer and a leader in premium vegan and gluten-free wellness, is seeking an exceptional Bilingual Retail Manager to elevate our retail organization and guide multiple stores across Japan.


We operate shops in Shinjuku Marui Main Building (our flagship, located under the Apple Store), Harajuku, Harakado (Harajuku), Sapporo (COCONO), and our Edogawa factory café.

What You Will Lead

  • Manage our flagship HealthyTOKYO store at Shinjuku Marui Main Building, ensuring a worldclass customer experience and a motivated, highperforming team.
  • Remotely supervise and develop store managers in Harajuku, Harakado, Sapporo, and Edogawa, ensuring consistency and operational excellence.
  • Drive sales, strengthen operational processes, and uphold HealthyTOKYO's premium quality and service standards.
  • Build and reinforce a positive culture based on teamwork, accountability, respect, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate directly with senior leadership to develop ideas, improve operations, and advance our retail presence.

  • Bilingual (English & Japanese) — Japanese level sufficient to confidently manage staff.
  • Experience in retail or hospitality management, ideally with multistore oversight.
