チームリーダーの主な職務は、ストアマネジメントチームと共に店舗およびチームの監督・管理・指揮を行うことです。また、各チームリーダーには、以下の業務を十分にカバーしていただきます。

Your Role Accountabilities...
販売
- すべての機会を最大限に活用し、販売チームを店舗内の最も効果的なエリアに配置することで顧客の待ち時間を最小限に抑え、販売目標を確実に達成する
- 自らが先頭に立ってチームが提供するサービスを最適化し、コンバージョン率と客単価を向上させる
- 商品のパフォーマンスに関するフィードバックや情報を収集する
- 結果をモニターし、改善点があれば必要に応じて作業過程を考案する
- 返金、交換、スタッフ割引が会社の方針および手順に従って実施されるよう徹底する
人材/リーダーシップ
- スタッフのトレーニングをサポートし、チームが顧客のニーズに対応できるようにし、最適なサービスを提供し、ビジュアルの基準を維持できるようにする
- 日々のブリーフィングを主導し、チームの全メンバーが部門やビジネスの動向を十分に把握できるようにする
- マネージャーの採用業務をサポートし、新しいチームメンバーのメンターおよびトレーナーとして指導を行う
- すべての健康・安全(H&S)ポリシーと手順を遵守し、顧客およびスタッフにとって安全な環境を確保する
- チームメンバーのシフト管理を、日次・週次・月次の業務レベルで行う
サービス基準
- シニアマネージャーおよびアシスタントマネージャーをサポートし、顧客へのサービスレベルを維持するとともに、チームメンバーの指導を通じてミステリーショッピングの社内基準を達成する
- マネジメントチームと協力し、優れたサービスを認識・フィードバック・謝礼を与えることで、ポジティブな行動を促進する
在庫管理と基準
- 店舗および販売エリアの在庫レベルをモニターする
- 欠品の可能性がある問題を特定し、ラインマネージャーへ報告する
- すべての販促計画に沿って、店舗のビジュアルマーチャンダイジングが最高水準に維持されていることを確認する
- 使用機器がガイドラインや合意された基準に沿って正しく使用されていることを確認する
- 商品および包装の効率的な取り扱いを通じて、シュリンクを最小限に抑える
- 必要に応じて、納品、在庫の受け取り、および店舗内外への移動を管理・サポートする
- 常に安全で効率的かつ適切に管理された在庫エリアを維持する
経営管理
- レジの精算および現金管理をサポートする
- すべての在庫カウントをサポート・援助する
デューティーマネージメント
- リテール・デューティーマネージメントチームの一員として、原宿の新店舗をはじめとする店舗のチームをサポートする(週末や夜間を含む週7日勤務のシフトの一環として)
Qualifications & Experiences...
ゲストサービスにおける経験
チームリーダー経験(5~10名以上)
- チームで目標達成に取り組んだ経験
- 困難な状況で問題解決を行った経験
- ホスピタリティ(ホテル等)、観光名所、航空業界での経験歓迎

- 7:00~23:00
- 年間変形労働制(週37.5時間が目安/最大週40時間)
- 1ヶ月毎ごとのシフト作成
- 日祝、繁忙期(年末年始、ゴールデンウィーク、お盆)勤務
- 休憩時間を除き一日中、立ち仕事、軽作業となる場合あり
