株式会社 スマテンは「全ての建物に安全な安心を」をビジョンに掲げ、建物設備管理クラウド「スマテンBASE」や点検工事作業支援アプリ「スマテンUP」を展開しています。今回募集するパートナーサクセス職は、全国のビジネスパートナー(点検業者様:BP)と共に、法令点検未実施ゼロを目指す重要なポジションです。

【仕事内容】

スマテンのサービスを活用し、消防設備点検を実施するBP様の課題を特定し、サクセスゴールを合意。点検品質向上や教育、スマテンUPの活用促進を通じて点検完了数の最大化を担います。さらに、現場の声をプロダクト改善に反映し、中長期的なBP支援体制の構築もリードしていただきます。

・点検工事の完了数およびリードタイム

・優良BPの確保(各都道府県で3社など)

・スマテンUP継続率の向上・高水準維持

・点検過程でのクレーム抑制
