Main Responsibilities
Support wet signature and company stamp coordination.
Organize, compile, update employee personnel records and documentation.
Support employee personnel file clean-up in the physical archive.
Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies in the physical archive).
Prepare, manage, and store paperwork and capture e-signatures and wet signatures.
Follow up and remind employees to send the signed employment documents back.
Coordinate with receptionists and other teams/partners.
Support HR administrative tasks based on current needs.
Represent J&J in front of local authorities and act on behalf of the (sending or receiving) company if required, in relation to the posting of workers or employment/labor law matters.
Support for Japanese-based operations.Who We Are Looking For
Education in HR is advantageous.
Experience in Japan-related HR matters is a plus.
Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, self-directed, team-based environment.
Continuous learning mindset - always curious, learns from mistakes, open-minded, willing to learn with others and share knowledge.
Great work ethics - reliable, meets deadlines, delivers results, open to receiving feedback.
Demonstrates customer orientation and customer service skills.
Located within Tokyo and able to perform the role noted above.

Fluent in English and Japanese.
