About Client Service Associate
As an Associate in our client's Client Services team, you will help clients access the expertise they need. Your daily work involves working on projects for top clients (investors, strategy team members, business leaders, etc.) who seek your expert insight. This is a front-line position that emphasizes communication and requires the ability to multitask across multiple concurrent projects.
As an Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Expert Recruiting : You'll spend the majority of your time on the phone, searching for and screening experts who fit your client's projects. Work will proceed according to clear deadlines.
- Quickly research and understand the context of your project and the relevant market , as well as the laws and regulations that apply to your work with clients and experts.
- You will be responsible for all aspects of the project , from initiating and managing interactions between clients and experts to carefully coordinating meeting schedules.

- You will acquire transferable business and client management skills , including communication, negotiation, persuasion, project management, and time management skills as a business professional .
- There is a clear career path , with promotion to manager after 24-30 months and to vice president after as little as five years .

- Excellent academic record (Bachelor's degree 2:1 or above, or GPA 3.0 or above)
- Have notable experience in extracurricular activities at high school or university
- Internships and other experience relevant to this position
- Fluent business-level or above Japanese and English skills
- Total compensation for the first year: ¥7,000,000 (average performance) to ¥8,600,000 (high performer).
Breakdown: 1) Fixed annual base salary of ¥5,100,000 2) Performance-based salary (no upper limit) - Fixed basic annual salary includes fixed overtime allowance of 40 hours per month
- Complete social insurance
- 15 days of paid vacation and 5 days of sick leave are granted from the first year of employment
- If you work on a public holiday, you will receive additional annual vacation days.
- Commuting allowance provided
- 6 months of maternity leave, 6 weeks of paternity leave for men
- Located in the heart of Tokyo, close to Tokyo Tower, this office offers ample amenities and the option to work from home every Friday.
