【部門紹介】

Medical Writing部門では、国内外の製薬会社・ベンチャー企業等から、幅広い治療分野の業務を受託しているため、様々な文書作成に携わり、非常に多くの経験をすることができます。また、社内の教育システムも充実しており、新規案件に対して専門的なアプローチが可能な体制になっています。

【業務内容】

  • Lead Medical Writerとして各種文書作成をリードする。

  • 経験を活かして、文書作成や顧客要件についてチームメンバーにアドバイスをする

  • プロジェクト成果物を管理する。プロジェクトにおける日々の顧客対応をリードする。

  • プロジェクト計画(タイムライン、成果物)、スコープ、品質、収益を管理する。

  • 直属の部下と定期的に会議を行い、プロジェクトの状況、スケジュール、予算リスクの軽減、チームの稼働率、SOPの遵守、キャリア開発について話し合う。

  • チームのエンゲージメントを高く維持する活動を行う。

  • 営業チームと連携して、顧客への提案資料を準備する。

  • IQVIA社内他部署と良好な関係を構築する。

【応募資格】

  • ライフサイエンス、または、関連分野における大卒以上の学歴、

  • 少なくとも3年以上のメディカルライティング経験+3年以上のラインマネジメントの経験

  • 臨床試験関連文書(治験実施計画書、治験総括報告書、コモンテクニカルドキュメント)の作成およびレビューに関する深い知識。

  • 統計解析計画をレビューし、統計出力のエラー、および不一致を特定するスキル

  • 様々なソースからのデータを統合、解釈、および要約するスキル

  • チーム管理とリーダーシップスキル、問題解決スキル

  • プロジェクト管理。計画と組織のスキル

  • 複数のプロジェクトを遂行し、優先順位を管理するスキ

  • 判断力、交渉力、意思決定力、問題解決能力

  • ビジネス洞察力と財務分析スキル、戦術計画、予算編成
