Drake Business Services Asia is a leading provider of Office Support Services in Japan, enabling our

We're looking for a Reception & Office Services Associate candidate for a global tech company based in Chiyoda-ku to assist our client in delivering an exceptional visitor and concierge experience.
As a member of the Reception & Concierge team, you'll be responsible for managing greeting visitors, managing inbound calls, performing administrative duties, and providing a memorable visitor experience.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for :
Reception Support
Manage visitor appointments and registration procedures.
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and employees, providing courteous assistance.
Issue building access badges and QR codes.
Manage meeting room reservations.
Handle phone calls and emails at the reception desk.
Maintain tidiness and cleanliness of the reception area.
Provide assistance for meetings or events (e.g., catering arrangements, cleanup) – currently not required.
Mailroom Support
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages, and internal deliveries.
Manage daily parcel deliveries from courier vendors.
Handle delivery slips and records as needed.
Assist with light tasks depending on workload.
Required Skills, Qualifications & Attributes
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
At least 1–3 years of work experience in a receptionist or related administrative role.
Friendly, cooperative, and proactive in communication.
Proficient in PC skills, especially MS Outlook.
Able to communicate in English and Japanese (both spoken and written).
Capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
A valid work authorization in Japan.
