Summary

グローバルに展開するハイアットの総合予約センター(コールセンター)での予約手配業務です。

主に日本在住のお客様に対して世界中のハイアットグループホテルの予約の手配や、お問い合わせ対応、会員のお客様からのお問い合わせに対応していただきます。

未経験の方もしっかりサポートいたします(座学でのトレーニング、OJTも充実しています)

夜勤はなし、残業はほとんどなく、ワークライフバランスがとりやすい環境です。

祝日や年末年始のシフト手当やTOEIC800点以上のスコアをお持ちの方へ語学手当の支給など、手当が充実しています。

This role primarily involves assisting customers residing in Japan with booking accommodations at Hyatt Group hotels worldwide, responding to general inquiries, and providing support to World of Hyatt loyalty program members.


Key Responsibilities:
Handle reservation arrangements for Hyatt hotels around the world
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, emails and chat
Provide support to loyalty program members


Qualifications:
No prior experience required—comprehensive training provided (classroom and on-the-job training)
Strong communication skills in Japanese; English proficiency is a plus
TOEIC score of 800 or higher is eligible for a language allowance


Work Environment & Benefits:

Qualifications

日本語及び英語でのコミュニケーション力、ホスピタリティ業界経験者優遇。

Open to candidates with no prior experience
Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English
Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
