【仕事内容】

■BPOプロジェクトの管理担当(PM・営業)

BPOプロジェクトのプロジェクトマネジャー(通称PM)として、

複数プロジェクトの管理・運用を担っていただきます

・プロジェクトの収支管理

・SV・スタッフのマネジメント及び、プロジェクト全体運用管理

・担当クライアントへの定例会等でのKPI報告や改善提案

・担当クライアントへプロジェクト拡販の提案活動(既存営業)

【配属部門】

イノベーションアカウントグループ

・2025年に新設された営業部内に属するグループであり、約30名~40名が所属しております。

・営業部の所属となりますが、30名のSVとPMが所属しているグループです。

・主に公共系と、一部民間系のクライアントを担当いただく組織となります。

・アットホームな雰囲気で和気あいあいとお仕事しています

【研修体制】

・入社後2~3週間研修がございます。

・「アウトソーシングとは」という基本的なものから業務フローの

作成の仕方などPMとして必要な基礎知識やスキルの習得ができます。

【入社後~立上り】

・まずSVとしてプロジェクト1件の運用に入っていただき、現場感を学んでいただきます。

・入社3ヵ月後以降を目安に、複数プロジェクトの管理をご担当いただきます。

・入社半年後を目安に、PM業務をご担当いただきます(キャッチアップ具合に合わせて)

・入社1~2年後以降、ご本人のご志向に合わせ、PMとしてどのようなスタイルを取るか、

営業職への道など他のキャリアの選択肢も用意。

BPO組織全体を理解する人材となっていただきます。

【入社直後プロジェクト想定】

・業界:公共系が可能性高く、民間系も可能性としてはあり。

・業務種:総務/経理/人事/労務系のプロジェクトをお任せする予定です。

・規模:スタッフ10名~20名規模のプロジェクトをお任せする予定です。

【配属先プロジェクト例】

業界・職種問わず、様々なバックオフィスプロジェクトを展開しています。

・区健康センター:受付業務など

・某協会:給与/労務管理、審査業務など

・研究センター:旅費精算、経理業務など

・政府系機構:福利厚生等事務、総務事務など

・区役所:国保年金窓口業務など

・幅広い年齢層のマネジメント経験豊富な方

・クライアント折衝経験ある方

【給与】

予定年収:600万円~820万円

・賃金形態:月給制

※給与詳細は経験・スキルを考慮の上、決定

■賞与:有(会社及び個人業績に連動して支給/年2回 6月・12月)

■インセンティブ:別途有(年2回 6月・12月)

【勤務地】

同社オフィス

東京都千代田区有楽町

※SV期間(半年目安)はプロジェクト先に原則常駐

※就業場所の変更範囲は、会社が定める本社およびすべての事業所

ただし、管理職を除き、所定の手続きにより期間を定めてワークエリア継続の希望を申告することができます

※リモートワークを許可された場合は自宅またはサテライトオフィス

※サテライトオフィスの有無はエリアによって異なります

【勤務時間】

フレックスタイム制(コアタイムなし)標準労働時間:9:00~17:30(休憩60分)時間外労働:有※SV期間は担当するプロジェクト先の就業時間に準ず

(日額往復、月額上限3万円かつ1ヶ月の通勤定期代)を支給
