『moomoo(ムームー)』アプリについて
『moomoo』は、FUTUグループが2018年に米国カリフォルニア州シリコンバレーで開発した個人投資家向け取引アプリです。プロフェッショナルレベルの分析ツール・リアルタイムのマーケット情報・財務データ・高度なチャート機能を、個人投資家でも簡単に使えるように設計されており、ユーザー同士が情報交換できる掲示板・コミュニティ機能も搭載されています。
2023年10月には日本市場向けにカスタマイズされたmoomooアプリを通じて、米国株取引サービス(24時間取引対応)を開始。2025年4月時点では、約7,000銘柄の米国株を取り扱い、そのうち約6,000銘柄以上が24時間取引に対応しています。
さらに、一般社団法人日本マーケティングリサーチ機構による2024年12月期の調査において、moomooは以下の4項目で主要ネット証券大手5社との比較で1位を獲得しています。

業務内容:
クライアントマネジメントチームを統括し、チームメンバーの業務を管理・指導するとともに、組織の目標達成に向けた戦略策定と実行を担います。本ポジションは、顧客体験の向上と業務効率の最適化に注力し、成果を最大化するためのリーダーシップを発揮していただきます。
具体的な業務内容:
・チームの業務管理および指導
・チャット、メール、電話を介したアウトバウンドコミュニケーションを行うスタッフの進捗・成果を管理し、業務効率を高めるためのサポートを実施。
・メンバーが潜在顧客の発見や顧客転換促進の目標を達成するように、定期的なトレーニングやフィードバックを提供。
・戦略策定とプロジェクト推進
・特別プロジェクト活動を企画・管理し、チームメンバーが円滑に取り組める環境を整備。
・顧客データを分析し、最適なアプローチや改善策を導き出す。
・業務効率とサービス品質の向上
・チーム全体のプロセスを見直し、顧客満足度と業務成果を両立するための改善を実施。
・会社の方針や業務内容を深く理解し、メンバーが専門的なサービスを提供できるよう指導。
Requirements
【必須(MUST)】
・個人営業、クライアントマネージメント経験5年以上
・チームマネジメントまたはリーダーシップ経験
・アウトバウンドセールスや顧客対応業務の経験
・金融業界での経験又は個人的な投資などの経験
・ビジネスレベルの英語又は中国語
【歓迎(WANT)】
・金融業界での経験またはコールセンターのアウトバウンドの業務経験
・証券外務員一種資格
