Client Manager
, you will act as the key liaison between global clients, product, and technical teams, ensuring exceptional service delivery and smooth software operation. This position is ideal for professionals passionate about both

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical contact for clients using trading and connectivity solutions.
  • Translate client requirements into technical specifications and product enhancement requests.
  • Coordinate software releases, documentation, and configuration management.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to test, troubleshoot, and enhance system performance.
  • Provide tier-2 technical support and manage escalations with global support teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:

  • Background in electronic or financial trading systems.
  • Strong understanding of FIX protocol, REST APIs, and Linux-based environments.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting, scripting (Bash/Python), and configuration management.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong ownership mindset and accountability in managing client relationships.

Language Requirements:

  • Japanese: Fluent (client-facing communication).
  • English: Fluent (daily collaboration with global teams).

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Java systems and IDEs such as IntelliJ.
  • Experience using Jira or issue tracking tools.
  • Previous work in a client-facing technical support or fintech operations role.
