Job Responsibilities:

  1. Be accountable for sales performance results and meet the sales performance indicators required by the company.
  2. Participate in formulating and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  3. Link internal resources to tailor solutions for customers based on their needs, and conduct proposals and quotations.
  4. Establish and maintain solid relationships with existing customers to retain existing revenue and tap into potential revenue.
  5. Conduct market research to timely understand industry trends, competitor dynamics and emerging opportunities.
  6. Cooperate closely with internal teams such as account managers, solution teams and operation teams to ensure that customer needs are implemented and met.
  7. Negotiate contract and agreement terms to maximize profits while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  8. Accurately record sales activities, customer interactions and transactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Job Requirements:

  1. Possess sales experience in industries such as supply chain, e-commerce, cross-border trade and circulation.
  2. Have in-depth knowledge of supply chain management or third-party logistics (3PL) service experience in a specific industry in Japan.
  3. Proficiency in Chinese & Japanese or English & Japanese;
