Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager specilized in MICE at Centara Grand Hotel Osaka. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and managing the sales pipeline. Additional responsibilities include developing sales strategies, and collaborating with other departments to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Sales, business development, and client relationship management experience
- Communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Team collaboration capabilities
- Proficiency in sales software such as Opera and Microsoft applications
- Multilingual communication skills (e.g., Japanese, English, or Thai) are a plus
- Knowledge of hospitality, event management, or travel industries is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
