担当ディビジョンや他のグループ人事部(CoE)と連携しながら以下の業務を実施していただきます。また将来的にはHRBPとして戦略的な企画業務も担っていただきます。

■採用企画、運用
■社員からの問い合わせ対応 等(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
【求める人材】
【必須経験・スキル】
■事業会社での人事/シェアード会社での評価、労務の何れかのオペレーション経験(両方あれば尚可)
■ネイティブレベルの日本語力
■ビジネスレベルの英語力
【歓迎経験・スキル】
■大企業でのHRBP/HRジェネラリストとしての経験
■業務上での英語使用した経験
【求める人物像】
■現場に近い複雑な業務でも地道に取り組める方
■いかなる変化にも柔軟に、スピード感をもって行動できる方
