担当するAI&データディビジョンは、楽天の様々なサービスのデータを分析し、サービス向上のためのソリューションを提供することで、AIの開発をサポートする役割を担っています。また、社員が日本のみならず海外にも在籍するグローバル組織です。

AI & Data HRグループは、ビジネスが拡大していく中で直面する様々なAI人材・組織マネジメント上の課題解決を行います。

今回この求人を通して入社された方は、楽天グループ本社コーポレート部門のグループ人事部に籍を置き事業部の人事を担当していただきます。グループ人事部内は、給与、研修、採用、HRBPと様々な人事機能をもつ課で構成されています。その為様々なPJTを通じ他部署とのコミュニケーションも盛んであり、他部署の業務を知る機会があります。グループ人事部内で様々なHRとしてのキャリアを積んでいただくことも可能です。

また、AIという最先端のテクノロジーを提供する部門でHRBPとしての経験を積むことができます。

ポジション:
募集背景
業務量拡大に伴うリソース不足のため増員。

業務内容
担当ディビジョンや他のグループ人事部(CoE)と連携しながら以下の業務を実施していただきます。また将来的にはHRBPとして戦略的な企画業務も担っていただきます。

・入社、退社、産育休等の手続き

・人事評価運用

・労務対応

・採用企画、運用

・社員からの問い合わせ対応 等

必須要件:
・事業会社での人事/シェアード会社での評価、労務の何れかのオペレーション経験(両方あれば尚可)

・ネイティブレベルの日本語力

・ビジネスレベルの英語力

歓迎要件:
・大企業でのHRBP/HRジェネラリストとしての経験

・業務上での英語使用した経験
