District Managerは、複数の店舗を統括し、各店舗の業績向上、オペレーションの最適化、人材育成を推進するポジションです。ブランドのビジョンや戦略に基づき、売上目標の達成、カスタマーエクスペリエンスの向上、スタッフの育成・定着をサポートし、各店舗の成長を牽引します。
The District Manager oversees multiple stores and is responsible for improving the performance of each store, optimizing operations, and promoting human resource development. Based on the brand's vision and strategy, the District Manager will support the achievement of sales targets, improving customer experience, and training and retention of staff, leading to the growth of each store.
店舗運営・業績管理
- 担当エリア内の店舗売上・KPIの管理および分析
- 各店舗の課題を特定し、売上最大化のための戦略を立案・実行
- 商品やプロモーションの効果を評価し、販売戦略の最適化をサポート
- 予算管理、コストコントロール、利益率向上に向けた施策の実施
Store operations and performance management
• Manage and analyze store sales and KPIs within assigned area
• Identify issues at each store and develop and implement strategies to maximize sales
• Evaluate the effectiveness of products and promotions and support the optimization of sales strategies
• Implement budget management, cost control, and measures to improve profit margins

• Training and mentoring store managers and staff
• Supporting recruitment, placement, evaluation, and career development
• Planning and implementing initiatives to improve store staff motivation
• Developing talent through the introduction and enhancement of training programs

- 各店舗の業務フロー・オペレーションの見直しと改善
- 接客・カスタマーサービスの品質向上施策の実施
- 在庫管理、商品陳列、ディスプレイの最適化の指導
- 店舗間の情報共有・ベストプラクティスの展開
Optimizing operations
・Review and improve each store's workflow and operations
・Implement measures to improve customer service quality
・Provide guidance on inventory management, product placement, and display optimization
・Share information and promote best practices between stores
本社・関係部門との連携
- マーケティング、商品、トレーニング、人事部門との連携
- ブランド戦略や新規施策の現場展開とフィードバックの提供
- 新店舗オープン・リニューアル時のサポート
- 競合分析、市場トレンドの収集・レポート
Cooperation with head office and related departments
• Collaborate with marketing, product, training, and human resources departments
• Implement brand strategies and new initiatives on-site and provide feedback
• Support new store openings and renovations
• Competitive analysis, market trend collection, and reporting
必須条件
- リテール業界での複数店舗管理またはエリアマネージャー経験(3年以上)
- 売上・KPI分析および店舗マネジメントの経験
- チームマネジメント経験(スタッフ育成、評価、モチベーション管理)
- 顧客志向の高いサービス提供と売上最大化のための戦略的思考
- 高いコミュニケーション能力とリーダーシップ
- 基本的なPCスキル(Excel, PowerPoint, POSシステムの操作経験)
Required condition
- 3+ years of experience managing multiple stores or as an area manager in the retail industry
- Experience with sales and KPI analysis and store management
- Team management experience (staff development, evaluation, and motivation management)
- Strategic thinking to provide customer-oriented service and maximize sales
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Basic PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, POS system operation experience)
