業務内容

  • 新契約および保険金業務に関する業務プロセスの分析・改善提案
  • 業務課題の抽出とソリューションの設計(業務フロー、システム要件等)
  • 関係部署との連携・調整(営業部門、IT部門、オペレーション部門など)
  • 新規施策の企画・実行支援(PoC、業務テスト、導入支援など)
  • KPIの設計・モニタリング、業務改善の効果測定
  • プロジェクトマネジメント支援(進捗管理、資料作成、会議運営)

求めるスキル・経験

必須要件:

  • 保険業界における業務経験(新契約・保険金業務のいずれか)または、これに準ずる保険業務経験
  • 業務改善や課題抽出、改善案の設計の経験
  • システム開発や業務改善に必要な要件を整理し、ステークホルダーに要旨を正確に伝える能力
  • 基本的なPCスキル(Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • 論理的思考力とコミュニケーション力

  • プロジェクトマネジメント経験
  • 業務フロー作成や業務要件定義の経験、Data Work(ノーコード開発)
  • DX関連の知識、導入経験(RPA、AI、業務自動化など)
  • 英語力(海外拠点との連携がある場合)

給与:

経験、能力を考慮の上、当社規定により優遇します。

通勤交通費支給(当社規定による)

変動賞与年1回(個人、会社業績に応じて支給)

原則 9:00~17:00
