日本会計、IFRS基準、及び経済価値ベースでの決算、財務分析、さらに中期経営計画の策定とその実現に向けた戦略の立案。

【職務内容/ Job Description】

1.日本基準及びIFRS基準ベースでの決算関連業務
2.経済価値ベースのソルベンシー規制対応
3.その他保険数理業務(契約者行動分析、新契約価値、保有契約価値計算など)
4.システム開発を含む決算プロセスの管理、構築、効率化
5.財務分析及び経営陣やオランダ本部に向けての報告・説明
6.中期経営計画の策定
7.経営計画の実現に向けた戦略の立案 (再保険戦略含む)

【Explanation of division】

Financial reporting and analysis based on Japanese accounting standards, IFRS standards, and economic value basis, as well as the creation of medium-term planning (MTP) and strategies to achieve it.

【Job Description】

1. Financial reporting based on JGAAP as well as IFRS.
2. Implementation of ecnomic value based solvency reportings
3. Other actuarial reports (e.g. analysis on policyholder behavior, Value of New Business, Value of Inforce)
4. Development and maintenance of financial reporting process. Optimize process efficiency.
5. Financial analysis and management reportings
6. Creation of Mid Term Planning (MTP) 
7. Development of company strategies to achieve MTP (incl. reinsurance strategy).

【Education and Training after Joining the Company】

1. Support on actuarial qualifications (SOA, IFoA, IAJ), as well as other related certifications (such as accounting and investment), including study leave, exam fee subsidies, and rewards upon certification.
2. Training programs to improve English proficiency.

【Selling Points of This Position】

1. Broad actuarial-related tasks: Gaining knowledge and practical experience as an actuary in various fields such as finance, products, risk, and systems.
2. Experience with both Japanese and international accounting standards: Acquiring knowledge and practical experience with diverse accounting standards.
3. An environment where you can develop additional expertise in areas such as accounting, system development, IT, or business, while enhancing a core specialization as an actuary.
4. The ability to contribute directly to the company's business performance by taking a comprehensive view of the entire business, beyond the realms of actuarial and finance, when creating MTP and strategies to achieve the plans.

【Perspective of Future Career in this Position】

In addition to core expertise as an actuary, you are expected to acquire additional skills in areas such as accounting, IT, or business. In the future, you will be expected to lead the company's business from a financial perspective.

【Qualification (Experience/ Certification)】

1. Knowledge and experience in actuarial area (preferably with over 4 years of work experience)
2. Business-level Japanese proficiency
3. Ability to identify potential issues and take proactive action
4. Good team player

1. Knowledge and experience in finance
2. Proficient knowledge and experience with Excel and BI tools (such as Power BI)
3. Ability to create business document (Japanese & English)
4. Business-level English proficiency
