Job Description: EPM & Data Analysis Consultant Trainee

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions for clients, focusing on enhancing their business processes.
- Support data analysis and reporting efforts to provide actionable insights for client decision-making.
- Participate in the integration of Oracle ERP Cloud solutions, emphasizing the utilization of standard package features.
- Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored recommendations for digital transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior consultants to design user-oriented solutions that maximize system utilization.
- Contribute to project documentation and ensure compliance with best practices in EPM implementation.
- Stay updated with technological advancements and industry trends relevant to digital transformation and data analysis.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, data science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in data analysis and performance management.
- Basic understanding of ERP concepts and EPM frameworks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with database management systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Japanese and English.
- Japanese language proficiency N1 certificate
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Desired Experience:
- Internship or project experience in data analysis, consulting, or ERP implementation is preferred.
- Familiarity with Oracle ERP Cloud or Salesforce environments will be considered an asset.
- Experience in the digital transformation field or related consulting experience is a plus.
Salary & Benefits:
Estimated annual salary : JPY3,500,000 - JPY5,000,000 (Based on experiences and skills)
