2026年1月、新宿にリニューアルオープン予定の【CLUB R】。

ブラジル文化・音楽・お酒を丸ごと楽しめる、本格ブラジリアンバーです。

カシャッサを使ったカクテルや南米フルーツのお酒、

スペシャルコーヒーを提供しながら、

音楽と会話が自然に生まれる夜の空間をつくっています。

今回は、

通常のバースタッフとしてだけでなく、

**夜営業を現場から支えてくれる"中心メンバー"**として活躍していただける方を募集します。

店内スピーカーなどの音響機器を新しくし、

音楽がしっかり映える空間になっています。

希望があれば、

・楽器の持ち込み

・店内での演奏

・音楽イベント的な演出

なども、相談の上で実現可能。

「演奏する側として店に関わりたい」

  • お任せする主なお仕事

・カクテル・ドリンクの提供(カシャッサ、フルーツカクテルなど)

・フードの盛付、簡単な仕込み

・お客様のご案内、会話でのコミュニケーション

・レジ対応、店内清掃

・忙しい時間帯の現場フォロー

・スタッフ同士の動きの調整、声かけ

慣れてきた方には、

「今、何を優先すべきか」を考えながら動く役割も自然とお任せしていきます。

基本給:時給 1800円 〜

時給2,250円(深夜) × 6h × 週4日

= 月収216,000円
