【新規事業責任者】代表と二人三脚で人材紹介事業の立ち上げからスケールをおこなう人材紹介事業責任者

【仕事内容】

新設する「人材紹介事業部」の責任者として、事業の構想から実行、組織づくりまでを一貫して担っていただきます。

【決まっていること】

(1)既存クライアントの活用が可能

・既存のシームレスキャリア事業ですでに取引のある豊富な顧客基盤(SaaS企業、SIer等)へアプローチが可能です。

・ゼロからの新規開拓だけでなく、信頼関係のある顧客へのクロスセルから事業をスタートできます。

(2)「人の価値」で勝負すること

・AIやシステム任せの効率化ではなく、泥臭くても「人」が介在する価値を最大化する事業であること。

(3)高付加価値モデルであること

・シェア拡大のみを追うのではなく、特定領域で「トップ1%の質」を誇る事業を目指すこと。

【決まっていないこと(お任せしたいこと)】

(1)マーケットの開拓(領域は絞りません)

・特定の業界や職種には限定しません。「総合型」として全方位を対象に、事業成長の機会を自由に見出し、アプローチ可能です。

(2)事業戦略の立案

・誰に、何を、どのように提供するか。ゼロからビジネスモデルを描いていただきます。

【具体的な業務フェーズ】

・事業構想・立案

・ターゲット市場の選定とリサーチ

・事業計画(PL)の作成、「勝ち筋」の定義

・立ち上げ・実働(プレイングマネージャー)

・自らクライアントを開拓し、最初の売上を作る(泥臭い営業活動)

・候補者集客の仕組みづくり

・組織化・拡大

・メンバーの採用・育成、チームビルディング

・再現性のあるオペレーションの構築

正社員※試用期間6ヶ月(試期間中も同待遇)

【年収・給与】

年収:800万円~1200万円月給:60万円~100万円(固定残業代含む)※固定残業代(月45h)月額円173417円~260120円を含む(超過分別途支給)※給与は経験や実績、現職年収を考慮のうえ決定します※半年に1回評価タイミングがあります
