<職務内容/Main Tasks>

・日産自動車横浜工場に設置が完了した電極から車載用パックまでを一貫して試作できるパイロットラインにおいて、電極工程におけるプロセス開発や工法開発までの役割を担っています。

②具体的な担当業務内容と自部署内外で期待される役割、ポジション

・将来的に競争力のある量産工程を確立するために、製品の研究開発段階から設計部署と連携して生産性の視点を製品設計に織り込む。また、量産に向けて開発部門から受け取る小規模の試作品のテストや試作設備の設置・立ち上げを推進していただきます。

・効率的かつ品質良く生産するための一連の工程やプロセスを設計・最適化するための工法開発、工程を実現するための技術開発に取り組んでいただきます。

・全固体電池のパイロットライン工程設計業務はパック、モジュール、セル、電極の単位で分業されており、その内の電極の工程設計を担当します。

・社内関係者としては製品設計の担当部署や将来パイロットラインを操業する部署、社外関係者としては試作設備メーカーやと協業/連携しながら、試作設備の導入を推進します。

・工程設計や設備仕様検討のために、既存のラボ施設で現物を用いた実験/検証を実施します。
