職務内容

[仕事内容]

・IT製品・サービス・ソリューションの導入および運用管理を通じて、社内のデジタル変革を推進し、エンドユーザーの皆様への技術支援を主な業務としています。

・具体的には、アプリケーションの開発導入・運用管理に携わっていただきます。

・PowerPlatformをはじめとするNo Code/Low Codeソリューションのコンサルティング、活用促進、および開発を担当していただきます。

・社内セキュリティポリシーに基づいたITセキュリティコンサルティングや、社員の意識向上のための啓発活動も行っていただきます。

[Job Description]

• Promote digital transformation within the company and provide technical support to internal end-users through the introduction and operational management of IT products, services, and solutions.
• Responsible for the development, introduction, and operational management of applications.
• Provide consulting, promote utilization, and develop solutions using No Code/Low Code tools, including Power Platform.
• Conduct IT security consulting based on internal security policies and lead awareness activities to improve security consciousness.

職務要件

[必須の経験・スキル]

・ITアプリケーションに関する実務経験:

• • 何らかのITアプリケーションの開発、導入、または運用管理における3年以上の実務経験をお持ちの方。
• ユーザーからの要件を正確にヒアリングし、分析し、最適なソリューションを提案した経験をお持ちの方。

・ITインフラストラクチャに関する基礎知識:

• • サーバー、ストレージ、ネットワーク(TCP/IP, DNS, VPN等)、仮想化技術など、ITインフラストラクチャ全般に関する基本的な理解をお持ちの方。
• WindowsおよびLinuxオペレーティングシステムの基礎知識をお持ちの方。

・No Code/Low Codeツールに関する知見:

• • Power Platform(Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BIなど)を用いたソリューションのコンサルティング、設計、開発、または導入支援の実務経験をお持ちの方。

・ITセキュリティに関する基礎知識:情報セキュリティの基本概念を理解し、社内セキュリティポリシーに基づいたIT利用に関するアドバイスや啓発活動が行えるレベルの知識をお持ちの方。

・コミュニケーション能力:

• • IT技術者ではない社内エンドユーザーの皆様の課題を深く理解し、専門用語を避け、分かりやすく説明できる高いコミュニケーション能力をお持ちの方。
• 関連部署やベンダーとの間で、円滑な連携・調整ができる方。

・日本語能力:・ネイティブレベルの日本語能力をお持ちの方。

[歓迎する経験・スキル]

・デジタル変革推進への意欲と基礎知識:

・社内におけるデジタル化や業務効率化への強い関心と、関連する基礎的な知識をお持ちの方。

・セキュリティ関連資格:

・情報処理安全確保支援士、CISA、CISSP、CompTIA Security+などの情報セキュリティ関連資格をお持ちの方。

・プログラミングスキル:・Java, C、Python等の言語のいずれかにおいて、ベーシックなプログラミングスキル(簡単なコードが書けるレベル)をお持ちの方。

[Required Experience & Skills]

• Practical experience in IT applications:
• 3+ years of practical experience in the development, introduction, or operational management of any IT application.
• Experience in user requirement gathering, analysis, and solution proposal.
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure:
• Fundamental understanding of overall IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, etc.), and virtualization technologies.
• Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of No Code/Low Code tools:
• Practical experience in consulting, designing, developing, or supporting the implementation of solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of IT security:
• Understanding of basic information security concepts and knowledge level sufficient to provide advice and awareness activities regarding IT usage based on internal security policies.
• Communication skills:
• High communication skills to understand the challenges of internal end-users (who are not IT professionals) and explain them in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Ability to smoothly coordinate and collaborate with relevant departments and vendors.
• Japanese language proficiency:
• Native-level Japanese proficiency.

[Welcome Experience & Skills]

• Motivation and basic knowledge for promoting digital transformation:
• Strong interest in internal digitalization and operational efficiency, and related fundamental knowledge.
• Security-related certifications:
• Information security-related certifications such as Information Technology Engineer Examination (Information Security Specialist), CISA, CISSP, CompTIA Security+.
• Programming skills:
• Basic programming skills (ability to write simple code) in at least one of the following languages: Java, C, or Python.
