<職務内容/Main Tasks>

①所属組織の担当領域、業務概要と生産技術における役割、ポジション

・日産自動車横浜工場に設置が完了した電極から車載用パックまでを一貫して試作できるパイロットラインにおいて、電極工程における工法開発の役割を担っています。

②具体的な担当業務内容と自部署内外で期待される役割、ポジション

・将来的に競争力のある量産工程を確立するために、製品の研究開発段階から設計部署と連携して生産性の視点を製品設計に織り込む。また、開発試作の実行、推進、そのために必要な試作設備の新規設置、または改造を推進していただきます。

・効率的かつ品質良く生産するための工法技術開発にも取り組んでいただきます。

・全固体電池のパイロットライン工程設計業務はパック、モジュール、セル、電極の単位で分業されており、その内の電極の工程設計を担当します。

・社内関係者としては製品設計の担当部署や将来パイロットラインを操業する部署、社外関係者としては試作設備メーカーやと協業/連携しながら、試作設備の導入を推進します。

・工程設計や設備仕様検討のために、既存のラボ施設で現物を用いた実験/検証を実施します。

・自動車業界での生産設備の設計や導入・工程設計・ライン立ち上げのご経験

【WANT】

以下いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方

・機能性粉末材料の分散工程、もしくは高速成膜工程(Roll to Roll塗工、粉末圧延など)のご経験

・電気化学や粉体、スラリー、混錬、プレス、ゴム、キャパシタ、ペースト調合、分散、塗工、高速成膜工程(Roll to Roll塗工、粉末圧延など)等いずれかの知識
