[仕事内容]
- XC-AS JP(Cross Domain Computing Solutions-System, Software & Services Japan)部門にて、RadarやVideoセンサーを用いたACC(追従車速制御)、AEB(緊急ブレーキ制御)、LKAS(レーンアシスト制御)、そしてAHB(ライト自動切換え制御)といった先進運転支援システムの設計、実装をリードしていただきます。
- 顧客との綿密な仕様調整、要求分析を行い、システムの全体設計を主導していただきます。
- ソフトウェアの品質向上を目指し、開発プロセスの改善提案と実行を推進することで、開発効率と品質の両面から貢献していただきます。
- 最先端の運転支援システム開発において、要件定義から設計、実装、テストまで一貫して深く関わることができます。
[現在の課題・期待される役割]
- JOEMプロジェクトにおいて、運転支援システムのシステムソフトウェアに関する要求仕様分析から、ソフトウェア設計、実装、そしてシステム性能評価までを一貫してリードしていただきたいと考えています。
- 顧客の複雑かつ高度な要求を正確に理解し、それを具体的な技術仕様へと落とし込む高い能力を発揮していただきます。
- 開発プロセスの継続的な改善提案と実行を通じて、ソフトウェアの品質向上と開発効率の両面で大きな貢献をしていただくことを期待しています。
- 運転支援技術の進化が加速する中で、常に最新の技術トレンドを積極的にキャッチアップし、それを開発プロセスや製品に積極的に取り入れていただきたいです。
[チーム構成]
- 当課は総勢8名で構成されており、20代から40代までの幅広い年齢層のメンバーが活躍しています。
- 各メンバーがそれぞれの専門性を活かしながら、互いに協力し合い、目標達成に向けて一丸となって取り組んでいます。

[Job Responsibilities]
- Lead the design and implementation of advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) such as ACC (Adaptive Cruise Control), AEB (Automatic Emergency Braking), LKAS (Lane Keeping Assist System), and AHB (Automatic High Beam Control) using Radar and Video sensors within the XC-AS JP (Cross Domain Computing Solutions-System, Software & Services Japan)department.
- Conduct detailed specification alignment and requirement analysis with customers, taking a leading role in the overall system design.
- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance software quality, contributing significantly to both development efficiency and product excellence.
- Be deeply involved in cutting-edge ADAS development, from initial concept and design through to implementation and testing.
[Current Challenges & Expected Roles]
- For the JOEM project, we expect you to take the lead in all phases of the driver assistance system software development, from detailed requirements analysis to software design, implementation, and rigorous system performance evaluation.
- You are required to accurately interpret complex and advanced customer requirements and translate them into precise and actionable technical specifications.
- We anticipate your significant contribution to enhancing both software quality and development efficiency through continuous process improvement proposals and their successful implementation.
- As driving assistance technology progresses rapidly, we expect you to proactively keep abreast of the latest technological trends and actively integrate them into our development processes and products.

- Our section is comprised of 8 dedicated members, with a diverse age range from their 20s to 40s, all actively contributing to our projects.

[Frequency of Business Trips]
- Business trips, both domestic and international, are kept to a minimum, typically occurring less than 2-3 times per year.
- These trips are primarily limited to essential occasions such as customer specification alignment or critical technical meetings.

- Remote work is generally permissible for approximately 2-3 days per week.

[必須の経験・スキル]
- 日本語能力試験N1レベル以上の日本語力。
- 自動車業界、または組み込みソフトウェア開発におけるシステム・ソフトウェア開発の実務経験がある方。
- 結果志向で、自己管理能力が高く、自律的に業務を推進できる方。
- ポジティブな思考でタスクに取り組み、チームやプロジェクトをリードする意欲をお持ちの方。
- システム/ソフトウェア設計経験1年以上
[歓迎する経験・スキル]
- C/C++言語を用いた開発経験が2年以上ある方。
- Matlab/Simulinkの使用経験がある方。
- 要求管理ツールDoorsの使用経験がある方。
- 車両通信解析ツールCANape/CANalyzerの使用経験がある方。
- GitHub、Pythonを用いた開発経験がある方。
[求められる英語力]
- 顧客やグローバルチームとの円滑なコミュニケーション、および最新の技術文書を理解するために必要となります。(TOEIC600点以上が目安です)。

- 業務の60%以上で英語を使用する機会がございます。
- 主に顧客との仕様調整、海外拠点との連携、技術会議、英語でのドキュメント作成などで日常的に英語を使います。

[Required Experience & Skills]
- Proficiency in Japanese at JLPT N1 level or higher
- Demonstrated experience in system and software development within the automotive industry or in embedded software development.
- A results-oriented individual with strong self-management abilities, capable of driving tasks autonomously with a positive mindset.
- System/software engineering experience over 1 year
[Preferred Experience & Skills]
- At least 2 years of proven development experience using C/C++ language.
- Experience utilizing Matlab/Simulink for modeling and simulation.
- Proficiency in using Doors for requirements management.
- Experience with vehicle network analysis tools such as CANape/CANalyzer.
- Development experience using Python, GitHub.
[Required English Proficiency]
- Business conversational level English (a TOEIC score of 600 or higher is a general guideline).
- This level is necessary for effective communication with customers and global teams, as well as for comprehending advanced technical documentation.
