The Business Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving superior customer value by developing and executing the go-to-market approach to reach prioritized customer segments and ensure profitability and growth of the assigned portfolio. This includes new product introductions and launches at the market/country level, phase-in and phase-out management, and ensuring sales enablers are in place.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop business plans for products.
- Implement operations related to business development.
- Manage each product's life cycle and change management.
- Conduct operations related to the introduction of products.
- Coordinate the certificates for the import of medicines and medical devices (Yakkan certificates) for the introduction of products.
- Develop the sales policy for each product and create and manage resources for sales promotions, training, and internal and external communications.
- Implement and manage education and training related to the sales promotions and handling of each product.
- Support the development of effective sales activities in cooperation with relevant sections such as sales sections and improving customer satisfaction.
- Conduct operations related to clinical research.
- E nsure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in the Cardiology field.
- Familiar with Medical Devices or medical products manufacturing environment.
- Requires scientific/technical talent of Product professional.
- Demonstrated ability to set and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, as well as organization and document skills.
- Understanding of Program and Portfolio Management is required.
- Strong situational awareness, coupled with facilitation, team building, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills is required.
- Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, and Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, etc. is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of product marketing experience.
- Master degree graduate.
Salary:
Basic salary: ¥7.5 million - ¥10 million per year
