Senior Principal Sales to lead strategic relationships with major telecommunications carriers and expand Amazon Web Services market.

Utilize expertise in telecommunications business and technical knowledge to elevate AWS as a central presence for customers, contributing to their success and driving impactful change in the industry.

  • Grow AWS adoption and sales among major telecommunications carriers, increasing market share and elevating them as key partners.
  • Engage with customers' CXO-level, IT departments, marketing departments, business units, and R&D departments to achieve the above.
  • Lead the proposal and execution of large and complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies for the assigned territory, ensuring quarterly targets are consistently met.

Collaborate closely with technical professionals and specialists to provide competitive solutions, digging deep into customers' challenges, and planning and executing varied proposals.

Work in a dynamic environment with a diverse team, leveraging colleagues' expertise and supporting other sales and technical professionals as needed.

Join a team focused on supporting customers across various industries, including R&D, consumer communications, and enterprise businesses, aiming to showcase synergy across the group.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 15+ years of sales experience in the IT industry, including direct sales to enterprise customers and building deep business relationships with executive-level executives.
  • Deep knowledge of telecommunications and data technology, with practical experience.
  • High-level communication skills to explain complex ideas using numbers and stories, securing investment agreements with customers and AWS executives.
  • Experience leading large-scale projects over multiple years (sub-leader or project manager) or receiving and operating such projects.
  • Fluent English business communication, reading, and writing skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience leading teams as a manager or coaching team members to improve their abilities.
  • Experience working with cloud-related businesses.
  • Experience creating, acquiring, and building new businesses across various industries.
  • Experience working with telecommunications end-users as sales and engineering professionals.
